Shipping Policy
Infinite Trading Inc. keeps stock of all the products and dually wheel simulators that we sell right here in Waverly, NE. All products only ship within the continental 48 states and are sent via UPS usually the same or next business day after the order has been placed and payment has been approved. From time to time we do encounter a problem. This could be anything from temporarily running out of a product in our warehouse or a product being on back-order from the supplier. Should this happen with your order, know that we will automatically try to contact you by phone or email to see what you would like to do. If the problem is felt to be minor and we cannot reach you, we will take the initiative to decide the best way to resolve the problem and contact you with the decision.
